Mode of Payment:
- DBS/ POSB SAVINGS (IBANKING/ ATM TRANSFER) - snapshot of transaction must be shown and please keep the proof of transaction until verification are made.
- As this is an On-going Preorder Store, all orders will only be approved after payment has been done.
Mode of Collection:
- Normal Postage (we will not be responsible for any lost mails) - FREE for first 3 items, subsequently $0.50 each.
- Registered Postage (strongly recommended) - +$3.75, $5 (bulky items such as shoes and bags)
- Meet-up: Strictly to my convenience only (sorry).
- You'll be informed via whatsapp messages/ e-mail once items have arrived/ are ready for collection/ to be mailed (tracking number will be sent for registered postage and snapshot as well as a video proof of delivered parcel will be sent for normal postage).
Refund/ Exchanging of Items:
- Exchange/ refund will not be made for minor sizing/ colour differences.
- Refund only when item is OOS (out of stock).
